Direct Hire Recruiting

• Payment for direct hire placements is due following the 7-day evaluation period. No fee is owed until the candidate remains employed beyond that period.
• A one-time replacement is guaranteed at no extra cost for up to 90 days.
• Annual retainer clients are billed in equal monthly installments on a 12-month minimum commitment.
• Any placements outside the agreed scope trigger an à la carte add-on fee, documented via signed addendum.

Website Design & Development

• One-time project fees are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Monthly website maintenance retainers are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
• Accounts must remain current to maintain active maintenance support and hosting services.

Social Media Management

• Social media management services are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
• Comment management remains the responsibility of the business owner.
• Accounts must remain current to maintain active content creation and scheduled posting.

AI Solutions

• Marblism subscriptions are billed annually or monthly depending on the selected plan.
• Custom AI agent buildouts are priced per agent and billed upon project completion.
• Ongoing AI agent membership fees are billed monthly per agent.
• Clients may choose between a one-time handoff or ongoing membership following buildout completion.

Business Launch Packages

• Business launch packages are billed as a one-time project fee unless otherwise specified.
• Custom quotes are available for complex or multi-service engagements.
• All scope exceptions are documented via signed addendum.

General Payment Terms

• All invoices are payable within net 15 days unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
• Rogue Direct Hire reserves the right to suspend or restrict services for accounts with outstanding balances.
• All pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
