This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through Rogue Direct Hire and processed via WooCommerce.


1. Subscription Payments

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Refund Policy

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, including:
    • Partial months
    • Unused features
    • Lack of hiring results or service outcomes
  • We do not guarantee leads, hires, or revenue.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

  • Cancellation stops future billing
  • Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No prorated refunds are issued

3. Failed or Disputed Payments

  • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account termination

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only if required by law or at our sole discretion due to:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates apply to future purchases.
