This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through Rogue Direct Hire and processed via WooCommerce.
1. Subscription Payments
All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Refund Policy
- Subscription fees are non-refundable, including:
- Partial months
- Unused features
- Lack of hiring results or service outcomes
- We do not guarantee leads, hires, or revenue.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
- Cancellation stops future billing
- Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period
- No prorated refunds are issued
3. Failed or Disputed Payments
- Failed payments may result in temporary suspension
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account termination
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only if required by law or at our sole discretion due to:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
